We do not sell or share personally-identifiable information (PII) with any third party.
Except as provided under the State of Oregon mandatory reporter laws and under a valid judicial warrant or subpoena from a competent, independent judiciary with jurisdiction over Oregon, we do not share any PII with any government or quasi-government public agency.
"Right to be forgotten": All PII of our clients are stored on an encrypted storage and are automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity. "Inactivity" means no client session or other follow-up contact for 90 calendar days, inclusive of weekends and holidays, since the last contact or last session. If you would like your PII records to be expunged before that date, please write to willow@, with your client account ID code. Your client ID code consists of one English or Spanish word (of your choosing) and two Arabic numerals, i.e, numbers 00-99, (of your choosing) that you established at the start of your first session.
Mind Geographic ("MG") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MG.
“You” refers to you, as a user of Service.
